CUSTOMER GUIDLINES

Please sanitise your hands before entering our store, a  hand sanitizer station is situated in the doorway. Hand sanitisers are also dotted throughout the store.

We are constantly thoroughly sanitising all surfaces. Some beds and upholstery may be drying after sanitization. This only takes 15, look out for furniture with “STOP” red signs.

Please keep your distance and observe a 2 metre space between everyone.

Maximum of two customers per group.

We are limiting the number off customers in store. Please bare with us if we ask you to wait outside.

To minimise the risk off spreading Covid-19 we are encouraging the use off card payments. Contactless card payments can be made to the value off £45.00

Please do do not touch any off the smaller items. Ask a member off staff for prices.

Beat the queue. All NHS, Carers and Blue light card holders have priority. Please let us know so we can ensure your time in the store and around the public is kept to a minimum.

Collection service is available, please enquire.

Appointments can made for a closed door service. On designated afternoons we will close store at arranged times allow for those customers who would prefer wider social distancing. Please ask to arrange an appointment.
